At the Texas Academy of Country Music (Texas ACM), we are deeply grateful for your generous support. Whether through membership fees, event participation, sponsorships, or donations, your contributions directly advance our mission to honor, support, and uplift the country music community—particularly musicians, veterans, and youth.

No Refund Policy for Donations and Memberships

All funds received by Texas ACM are considered charitable contributions and are therefore non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Membership dues at all levels (Fan, Musician, Business, Corporate)
  • One-time or recurring donations
  • Sponsorship payments
  • Event entry fees or fundraising contributions
  • Auction bids and purchases (if applicable)

By making a payment to Texas ACM, you agree that:

  • Your contribution is made voluntarily to support our nonprofit work.
  • The funds are immediately designated for programming, outreach, and organizational sustainability.
  • You will not seek a refund or reversal of any transaction, regardless of participation in events, services, or program outcomes.

Donated Funds and Tax Status

As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Texas ACM treats all contributions as donated monies. These funds are used solely in support of our mission-driven efforts and are not subject to return or redistribution. Donors may be eligible to claim deductions under IRS rules; we recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance.

Event Cancellations or Changes

In rare cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, Texas ACM may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative options such as:

  • Admission to a rescheduled or substitute event
  • Conversion of the ticket amount into a donation
  • Store or merchandise credit (if applicable)

Refunds will not be issued.
